摘要：

Quality level is the reflection of a nation's manufacturing ability and its economical image, and the knowledge system of quality management is an important element that affects quality level. On the base of sorting out the present porblems in knowledge system of quality management in China, the thesis has constructed a strategic system of a perfect knowledge system of quality management.
