摘要
The concepts of "technology" and "information" occupy an important place among the concepts that reveal or accelerate globalization. With the rapid development of technology, computer and internet concepts have also started to enterour lives. Extraordinary developments in the field of technology have led to new developments in sports as in every field, and many new branches have been added to the field of sports from past to present. Another of these developments is the concept of E-Sports, also known as competitive or professional video player. This study aims to talk about the definition of E-Sports concept, its development process, its place in our country, to reveal the different aspects of traditional sportsand E-Sports by giving information about whether E-Sports is a sport or a game, pandemic. To contribute to the academic studies E-sports filed by evaluating the effect of the process on digital games.
