摘要：

Physical health has always been the foundation of our national health quality. The implementation of "sunshine sports" is a major measure to strengthen the youth sports and enhance the physical health of young people. Each school should carry out the party's education policy, let the student know the "health first" guiding ideology, and let students form the habit of lifelong sports. In this paper, the status of implementation of the new curriculum of physical education in colleges and universities in China was analyzed; based on the related theory, the implementation of "sunshine sports" and the innovative teaching mode of the new curriculum of physical education in colleges and universities were constructed; the physical training of college students in Hebei Province under the implementation of sunshine sports was analyzed and discussed.
