摘要：

Critical thinking and their skills should be a fundamental component of university education; especially in the administration. The document will analyze the skills and abilities of critical thinking and its usefulness for teaching, research and professional performance in business administration. In the end it is concluded that critical thinking could be manifested as the sixth way of being of managers in organizations; way of being critical. And it is suggested to delve into studies that seek their full implementation and development in this field of knowledge.
