摘要
It is reported recently that nanocomposite made by adding nanofiller to thermosetting resin shows excellent insulation performance. In this study, we have examined the nanocomposite material composition effective for improvement of the insulation performance that can be applied to various kinds of high-voltage equipment. As a result, we have proved that both the dispersion property and the insulation characteristics are improved when a silane coupling agent having chemical reactivity with matrix resin is applied on the nanofiller surface. We have also proved that nanofiller is sufficiently permeated into mica tape and the insulation lifetime of mica nanocomposite is improved significantly.
