摘要
In this paper, a higher-order alternative-direction-implicit (ADI) finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method is presented. The dispersion analysis is performed and the results are compared with those derived from the regular ADI-FDTD method. Based on the dispersion analysis, a guideline for choosing an appropriate time step in the ADI-FDTD implementation is also developed. Both numerical simulation and dispersion analysis demonstrate the advantage of this higher order ADI-FDTD method for improving accuracy. (C) 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
