Chronic actinic dermatitis: a severe case responding to cyclosporin-bath-PUVA therapy

摘要：
A 66-year-old-man had severe chronic actinic dermatitis (CAD) resistant to the usual cortico-PUVA or immunosuppressive treatments. The combination of cyclosporin and bath PUVA therapy resulted in clinical and photobiological recovery after 4 1/2 months of treatment. We believe that this is the best treatment for severe cases of CAD resistant to cortico-PUVA therapy with initial photoinduced attacks during PUVA in spite of high doses of systemic corticosteroids (prednisolone 1 mg/kg per day).
