Analysis on Decision of Real Estate Project Location Selection

One of the most important factors leading to the success of a real estate project is its location. Location selection often involves a complex decision-making process in which multiple requirements and uncertain conditions have to be taken into consideration simultaneously. Considering the qualitative along with quantitative factors in location selection problem this paper propose a hybrid method of multi criteria decision making (MCDM) that make it possible to select the optimal location that satisfies the decision maker. Firstly the attributes which influence the decision of project site selection were analyzed in this paper, and the evaluation system was established, then a decision model based on OWA operator and TOPSIS method was built. Finally a numerical example is used to illustrate the operation of the decision system.
