摘要：
In this paper, we identify smart grids in Morocco. We start by describing the Regulatory Frameworks for the Electricity Sector and Moroccan Electricity Power Industry of the Moroccan electric network, then we study the barriers to the development of smart grids in Morocco and in international scale and we finish with recommendations and solutions to remove some barriers from smart grids deployment in Morocco
