摘要：
Some new 1-substituted-3-(2'-acetoxy-5'-chloro-6'-methylphenyl)-5-(4 ''-substituted phenyl)-2-pyrazolines have been synthesized. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by their spectral data and elemental analysis. These compounds were screened for their antimicrobial activity against S. aureus, P vulgaris, E. coli and P aeruginosa using cup plate diffusion method where few of them have shown significant antibacterial activity.
