Gianni Vattimo is undoubtedly one of the greatest living philosophers who has undertaken the difficult enterprise of renewing the left wing critic thinking in a post metaphysical era by means of "weak thinking" proposal which reformulates the possibilities of human emancipation in terms of a progressive reduction of violence and dogmatism. In this paper, the fundamental thesis of the "Debolista Hermeneutics" is rebuilt and there is an intent to answer the question of why the commitment with the emancipation, is important for Gianni Vattimo's philosophy, when it is no more possible to continue invoking to the notion of correspondence to legitimate the speech
