The Research on Teaching Quality Supervision System of University on Department Level

The quality of the talent cultivation is the lifeline for a university. The construction and practice of teaching quality supervision system is regarded as the important measures to guarantee the quality. Inside the university, the teaching quality supervision includes two types,the supervision on university level and the supervision on department level. Being tightly coupled with the routine teaching and learning activities, the supervision on department level is the stance for the whole supervision course. This paper deeply discusses the necessity, the construction principles of the index system, the contents of the practice of the teaching quality supervision system on department level.
