Fulminant hepatitis super acute type has a rapid progressing encephalopathy. But the standard of diagnosis is not established yet. This time we'll report our experience of two cases of fulminant hepatitis super acute type that could be performed living donor liver transplantation. We could perform LDLTx within 2 days after diagnosis, and could avoid any aftereffects of neurology including cerebral herniation. It is very important to recognize this type of fulminant hepatitis and to perform liver transplantation as quickly as possible to avoid cerebral herniation.
