摘要
La Pena del Castillo (Penas de San Pedro, Albacete) is an archaeological site of great interest due to its continuous occupation from the Final Bronze. The archaeological actuation project activities taking place since 2016, initiated by Penas de San Pedro's council and Albacete's Humanities School, is digging in the analysis of the different settlement models. The Middle Ages were one of the most significant periods of this temporal evolution regarding materials. The rocky where the current "castle" is settled, was base of the and alusian farming community and the urban nucleus of the current population, attached to Alcaraz's county during the Late Middle Ages, until ita segregation as a village in the year 1537. The current work sums up the current state of the data we have on this andalusian settlement and the analysis of some elements characterizing the walled perimeter. A study centered around the northern access of the medieval enclosure.
