A decision support model for selection of the optimum logistics of biofuel supply

摘要：
When using biofuels for combustion plants it is extremely important to optimise the logistics of material supply. Therefore a decision support mode! has been developed to determine the cost-minimum variant of the logistics of fibrous biofuels. The model covers the process chain from cultivation of the plants to delivery of the biofuel to the combustion plant. The input of regionally specific parameters and restrictions allows site specific optimisation.
