摘要：

This article presents managing e-administration and e-services on ePUAP and SEKAP platforms in territorial self-government units. In the administration sector it is important to implement Electronic Documentation Management to facilitate, unify and accelerate the work of territorial self-government units. The catalogue of e-services in territorial self-government is growing, and services are becoming more and more mature.
