摘要
During calculation of electricity and/or heat production costs the average unitary cost of production is determined. Different relationships are utilized, but some methodological assumptions are common: the whole "life" period of the object, containing time of building and exploitation, should be considered; the costs should cover total investment expenses (and eventually costs connected with object disposal) and running (exploitation) costs together with environmental costs; all values, investments, costs, production effects should be brought to a common moment of time using discounting calculus. In the paper are presented: the methodology, assumptions and results of analysis of production costs of electrical energy and heat, done for the needs of the European Commission, as well as the trial of their assessment.
