Theoretical research and parameter optimization on the planetary ringy gear transmission

摘要
A new type of mechanical transmission-the planetary ringy gear transmission is introduced. This transmission is one of the planetary gear train and the transmission device is a closed structure consisted of a planetary gear, two racks and two ringy gears. It can be used as a linear reciprocator and thereby is in the extreme applicable to the non-beam overground unit of the pumping system in the oil field. Compared with the traditional beam overground unit of the pumping system in the oil field, the non-beam overground unit of the pumping system in the oil field using this linear reciprocator has longer stroke and less power due to the difference between linear reciprocating and swing. Systemic theory research and numeric calculation and parameter analysis on this transmission are presented and the parameter optimization is given based on the parameter analysis. It is found that the transmission possesses the excellent kinetic character by-the theoretical research, much numerical calculation and parameter analysis.
