摘要
Modern communication systems use increasingly higher frequencies and smaller and lighter possible devices. This requires magnetic devices using thin-film inductors or transformers and microwave integrated nonreciprocal circuits with incorporated thin ferrite films. Due to their better high-frequency characteristics, the polycrystalline materials are preferred to the monocrystalline ones in such thin-film applications. (C) 2003 American Institute of Physics.
