Study on supply chain-oriented knowledge acquisition, sharing and utilization

With economic integration nowadays, enterprises have come to rely on effective management of their supply chains so as to shape their own competitive edge, and consequently, the competition between enterprises will shift to that of supply chains led by some key enterprises. Since it is the era of knowledge economy, more and more requirements will be made for supply chain management, not only in competing with time and cost, but also in improving the innovative ability with the whole supply chain. In the current article, we have probed into the acquisition of the knowledge of enterprises along the supply chain and the acquisition and utilization of shared knowledge so that problems in the operation of the supply chain will be solved and the innovative ability with the whole supply chain be further improved by means of the effective management of supply chain knowledge.
