Study on technology innovation mode in recycling and reuse of materials for industrial sustainable development in China

摘要
Circular economy is a new economy development paradigm of the 21st century, developing circular economy has becoming an important way to realize the sustainable development strategy in China. Recycling and reuse of industrial materials is an important research field of industrial ecology as one of theory basis of sustainable development strategy. This paper will provide a perspective for Chinese industry sustainable development to the whole process of industrial metabolism in order to gain eco-efficiency and economic benefits by technology innovations. Now Chinese manufacturing industry is implicating industrial restructuring in accordance with the principles of industrial metabolism because the "pollute now, clean up late" principle is already not longer adopted into Chinese industrial development strategy. We think it is necessary to implicating "better" environmental policy by the way of technology innovation. Technology innovation as a means of Chinese industry sustainable development is been applying (or has been applied) into the implicating processes of industrial restructuring in China. Hence, our main studies are to focus on: (i) Technology Innovation faced to the Environmental Challenge of Industrial Sustainable Development; (ii) Environmental Technological Innovation to Chinese Industry Sustainable Development; (iii) Innovation and Diffusion of Environmental Technology based on Recycling and Reuse of Industrial Materials. These study results show that industrial systems have a positive attitude towards the implementation of technology innovation used in industrial restructuring processes.' Technology innovation in the industrial metabolisms is considered as a driver for industry sustainable development.
