摘要
The traditional 12/14 bearingless switched reluctance motor (BSRM) is a two-phase motor, it exists torque dead zone at the commutation region, where very low torque is generated. In order to solve this problem, a novel hybrid rotor type 12/14 BSRM is proposed. At present, the proposed method to obtain asymmetric inductance is mainly to change the size of the air gap, but in this paper, another method is used to make the torque winding inductance asymmetry at the commutation point, that is to keep the air gap constant and modify aligned area between torque and rotor poles. The finite element method is used to analyze the proposed motor. At the same time, the traditional 12/14 BSRM is also analyzed and compared. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed structure is verified by analysis results.
