摘要
A composite journal bearing with self-lubricating properties and its manufacturing. method is presented. The bearing is processed form high porosity sintered bronze metallic powder. Molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) added polyamide thermoplastic adhesive layer is impregnated in the bearing's surface through horizontal centrifugal cast in high frequency current inductors. The bearing is then filled with lubricant, thus being obtained the self-lubricated properties.
