摘要
Brexit entails several consequences in the scope of the Private International Law rules. We are going to highlight three. On the one hand, related to civil and commercial matters, United Kingdom will leave the possibility of being beneficiary of the European free circulation of judgments. Furthermore, British courts will be able to activate anti-suit injunctions and, therefore, will be able to impose non-litigation outside the United Kingdom. Finally, related to patent law, this State will cease to be part in Regulation about unitary patent protection and agreement of a unified patent court, which will be able to suppose serious consequences for United Kingdom, among these, London could leave being an attractive forum in this matter.
