摘要
This paper studies the economic benefit issue of urban land utilizing based on DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis), and analyzes the change of economic efficiency on land utilizing in the provincial capital cities of China from 2000 to 2007. The result shows that the average level of economic efficiency of land utilizing is relatively high in the provincial capital cities of China, but the average economic efficiency value by contrast drops. By the further analysis of the technical efficiency and scale efficiency, we find the average technical efficiency value and scale efficiency value are relatively high during 2000 to 2007. The variation tendency of technical efficiency is consistent with that of economic efficiency. At the same time, we find that the technical efficiency is the principal factor that influences the change of economic efficiency of land utilizing in provincial capital cities of China. Through projection analysis, to some extent, redundant input of funds is dropping, but redundant input of land is raising obviously. So, the provincial capital cities of China should enhance the economic efficiency of urban land utilizing by focusing on the efficiency of land utilizing.
