Preparation and characterization of CoFe2O4/SiO2 nano-composites

摘要
CoFe2O4/SiO2 nano-composites were prepared by the sol-gel method. The changes of gels during the heat treatment. and the structure, crystalline size, microstructure of CoFe2O4/SiO2 nano-composites were investigated by TG/DTA, XRD and Mossbauer Techniques. The results show that with the increase of the content of SiO2, the crystalline size of CoFe2O4 and internal magnetic fields decreased, while samples were transferred from magnetic order to superparamagneitc state.
