On the Development of Cultural Industry under the Background of "Going out" Strategy

"Going out" strategy is a major decision made by the government to promote economic development. At present, the rapid development of the cultural industry has aroused the concern of the world. The development of the cultural industry is deeply influenced by the development of science and technology, scientific and technological innovation has promoted the development of the cultural industry in all directions and promoted civilization and the society to enter a new historical stage. This paper explores the dilemma faced by the cultural industry through elaborating on the integration of the cultural industry with science and culture and discusses the development path of the cultural industry against the background of the "going out" strategy, aiming at providing new thoughts for promoting the orderly and healthy development of China's cultural industry.
