A Convenient Method to Prepare Pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidine Derivatives

摘要
A series of pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidine derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino-3-cyano-4H-pyrans with acetic anhydride. This method has the advantages of short reaction times (10 similar to 15 min), simple operation and convenient post-treatment. All products were fully characterized by IR and 11.1 NMR spectra. The molecular structures of 4a and 6a were confirmed using single-crystal X-ray analyses.
