摘要
The automatic gain control amplifier (AGC) was implemented in a Bi-CMOS 0.35 mu m process which can apply in the wide-band radar receiver using newly designed circuits, including variable gain amplifier (VGA), peak detector and comparator circuitry. Simulation results show that the new AGC dynamic range exceeds 80 dB and the power consumption is 64 mW.
