摘要：
Government agencies and public officials have opened an official micro-blogging in "micro era", which is regarded as a new carrier for its ordinary citizens and officials to communicate and express the aspirations by the relevant departments. However, there are many problems of the current government micro-blogging in identity definition, frequency of interaction, communication and language use. Only with a manner consistent network environment, government micro-blogging can win the trust in order to better serve the community.
