摘要
Geographical educators, like other adult learns, continue the process of lifelong personal through their professional ann personal lives. This fact is not recognised in the current literature. Rather; it focuses on the promotion of student learning even though INSET an professional development are concepts that have been used for more than a decade. By understanding how adults learn in their work it is possible to consider hotel geographical educators no so through their own professional experiences. This article demonstrates how geographical educators learn in their work through; making mistakes; self-education; practising personal values applying theory and practising skills; problem solving; interacting with others; offering leadership to others; open lateral planning being nil advocate for colleagues, formal training: and quality assurance. These forms of experiential learning need to be acknowledged in the professional development of geographical educators.
