摘要：
A Circular TEM cell (CTEM cell) with are inner conductor for EMI/EMC test is proposed. It not only can achieve arbitrary polarization in the interval 0-180 degrees ,but also the field uniformity is improved compared with CTEM cell with plane inner conductor.
