摘要
Electric arc spray technique was utilized to spray iron-based coatings (AC1-Fe59.5Cr16.2WC3.OMn0.3B20.2S10.6, AC2-Fe59.8Cr16.oWC1.5Mo1.5Mno.3B2o.oSio.7, and AC3Fe59.9Cr16.oSn3.oMno.3B20.oCo.2Sio.6). containing amorphous phases and crystalline. The polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectra of the coatings were studied. The coating AC1 has the lowest corrosion current in Tafel linear curves and shows the passivation ability during anodic polarization owing to more amorphous phase in coating AC1. All of electrochemical impedance spectra can be analyzed by an equivalent circuit of R(Q(R((aR))). The results show that coating AM with higher charge-transfer resistance. The coating AC1 has the best corrosion resistance after a series of electrochemical tests.
