In these times, when bees are being continuously exposed to high concentration of plant protection products, we must look for the ways how to decrease this risk for pollinators. To grow, for bees less attractive hybrids of sunflower and application of pesticides with repellent effect, we could discourage bees from visit of treated plants and limit the contamination of beehives by pesticides. Small field trails demonstrated differences in attractiveness of sunflower hybrids. Hybrid P563LE10 was for honey bees, bumble bees even for nature bees statistically the most attractive in comparison with other tested hybrids. In pesticidal trails had product Mospilan 20 SP the highest repellent effect for bees and bumble bees.
