摘要
The increase in air travel has put tremendous strain on the existing airport facilities. Turnaround times for airplanes have been reduced considerably. However, boarding time for passengers is still much higher than allowed This paper investigates different boarding patterns, in order to detect to what extent boarding times can be reduced Results are discussed, and implementation issues considered.
