Combining different scale data in rainfall forecasting for flood warning

摘要：
For flood forecasting purposes, available rainfall forecasts are not sufficient: either their lead time is not long enough or their spatial resolution is not high enough. The presented procedure combines measured raingauge data, numerical forcasting data, and statistical experience in order to overcome this problem. First results are presented.
