Cooperative Partner Selection Mechanism in Engineering Construction Consortium Contract

The actuality is opened out that the intertexture of quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators in cooperative partner selection of engineering construction consortium contract is difficult to select assessment methods. It offers a method that is to combine Data Envelopment Analysis which aims at quantitative assessment index with fuzzy analysis which aims at qualitative assessment index so as to answer the purpose of the selection for cooperative partner in engineering construction consortium contract based on the trade off study of various assessment methods at hand. Moreover, proper assessment methods have also been chosen in this paper and the measurements that aim at the cases have been done too.
