Error concealment for MPEG-4 video communication in an error prone environment

摘要：
In this paper, we propose an error concealment method for shape information in the MPEG-4 coded video sequences. A Maximum a Posteriori estimator, which employs an adaptive Markov Random Field, is used to restore the missing shape information. The proposed concealment method successfully reconstructs the missing shape data, with good computation-performance tradeoffs.
