摘要：
With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the energy consumption is fast increasing and the energy restriction becomes one of the key problems which are related to whether Chinese economy can realize sustainable growth. Shandong province has achieved remarkable achievement in FDI since Chinese economy reform, which also brings lots of problems. Considering sustainable development and energy saving, this paper used the data of Shandong province to establish grey correlation model to calculate the relational degree between FDI and energy consumption in three industries and analyzed how FDI effects energy consumption and the reasons behind it in order to propose practical advice.
