摘要：
Two new specific chromogeneous substrates, obtained by either adsorbtion of methylene blue on the crosslinked starch, or by covalent bonding of the starch with natrium alyzarine sulphate, designed for the alpha-amylase enzymatic activity determination, are described. Both substrates show a good specificity, the amylolitic activity determination being sensitive and reproducible.
