摘要：
This presentation is focusing on the relevant aspects regarding the stage of development of the Romanian Capital Market before and after the Romania's Accession to the European Union. We are analyzing the main indicators of the Romanian markets in financial instruments: Bucharest Stock Exchange and Sibiu Derivatives Exchange as well as the investment funds market. We have formulated final remarks on the effects of the international financial crisis to the Romanian Capital Market.
