摘要
The generalized scaling law is based on the concept of two-stage scaling which overcomes limitations of the currently available facilities. A prototype can be scaled down into a physical model with a large scaling factor by multiplying a scaling factor (mu) for 1g tests with that (eta) for centrifuge tests. In this study, the applicability to the dynamic behaviour of pile-inclined ground system in centrifuge tests is examined. Four cases of a combination of (mu, eta) with keeping mu eta = 100 were experimented by strictly controlling the viscosity of pore fluid. Measured values in a model scale were converted into a prototype scale by applying the scaling law and the applicability can be verified if the values in the prototype scale coincide among the cases. As a result, the generalized scaling law can be applied to the dynamic behaviour of pile-inclined ground system in centrifuge model tests.
