摘要
The paper discusses the rheological properties of ultrahigh molecular weight poly(methyl methacrylate) samples with M-w = 1.290.10(7) - 2.384.10(7), M-w/M-n less than or equal to 1.2, at 25degreesC, in different solvents: toluene, dimethylformamide and methyl ethyl ketone. According to the experimental data, eta(0) grows as M-4. The existence of a plateau at intermediate shear stress in the shear stress and first normal stress difference versus shear rate curves is evidenced.
