摘要
Clinical implementation of pharmacogenomics (PGx) is dependent on integration of PGx results into the electronic health record (EHR) and clinical decision support (CDS) systems. Historically, PGx programs have utilized homegrown EHR integration and CDS. Many institutions cannot develop their own PGx CDS and little is reported about the selection and use of external genomic support vendors for PGx. We share our experience choosing a genomic support vendor for implementing PGx at a pediatric health system.
