The Research on Safety Construction of Mountainous Campus Emergency Shelters

Because of high-speed urbanization and complex topography condition, land resource becomes more and more limited in mountainous cities. So that mountainous campus play an indispensable part in the mountainous urban integrated disaster prevention and reduction system. This article studied on playground, one of important mountainous campus emergency shelters. By studying the case of Chongqing University, it analyzed the hidden safety troubles caused by blindfold construction of campus buildings and inappropriate management of playground. It brought forward rational use of campus land resource, optimization of space structure, rational construction of campus establishment and proper management, in order to gain security, reachability and validity of safety construction of mountainous campus emergency shelters. It thus will promote the construction of mountainous urban integrated disaster prevention and reduction system.
