摘要：
Design and characteristics of a prototype distance sensor are presented in this paper. The radar front-end operates at 35 GHz and applies multi-port technology instead of conventional six-port with direct frequency measurement. The sensor makes use of both frequency-modulated continuous wave and interferometer principles and is capable of measuring distance with a very high accuracy of about 0.01 mm.
