摘要
To meet the requirements of composite materials for engine actuation system and Reinforce the development of fiber, interface layer, the requirements of the composite material for engine actuation were proposed. Based on the characteristics of composite material and its application in aviation. Through the comparative analysis for application of composite materials in engine actuation system at home and abroad, the twture development direction of titanium matrix composites, SiC composites, deformation memory alloy composite, piezoelectric functional composite and other advanced composite materials were also presented, to provide relevant suggestions for the development of China's commercial aircraft engine actuation technology. The calculation model and method of dynamic characteristics of composite drum rotor are also discussed and the experimental results show the iber reinforced metal matrix composites are suitable for manufacturing cold end or peripheral parts of fans and compressors, and their working temperature is not more than 800 degrees C, which shows strong feasibility and durability.
