摘要
For over thirty years those engaged in feminist linguistics have drawn the attention to the fact that women are marginalized through language. One of their demands is that the disadvantages which women face in legal texts are eliminated. Legal texts must address women as well as men. In the early 1990s concrete proposals were drafted. They have already been made mandatory in some federal and state agencies. Who has been reached by feminists criticism of language? What has been effected? When it comes to legal texts, it is obvious that some progress has been made.
