Supply Chain Buy-back Contract Design Based on Retailer Actively Reducing Price to Sell

摘要：
The paper re-examines coordination capacity of a buy-back contrac with time-sensitive products by the introduction of some factors such as reduced price, reduced price cost and so on. The results show that the original buy-back contract will not be able to effectivly coordinate supply chain if the reduced price costs can not be reasonably went shares when retailer takes the initiative to reduce prices. And then according to the results,we re-design a buy-back contract with cost-sharing to coordinate the supply chain.
