摘要：
The synthesis of 3-acylaminoalkyl-5-alkyloxycarbonyl-1,2,4-triazoles, designed as RGD peptidomimetics, is described and the reactivity of 1,2,4-triazoles under conditions of peptide chemistry is discussed.
